Good food selection.

A cozy family room with large windows that give a pleasant atmosphere, and they offer a tasty hot breakfast with a great coffee machine.

Also, location was comfy and easy, a 10-15 minute walk from a sprawling museum. Further, it was really close to the river-Excellent, the car rental next morning, and the casttle and city center.

The room I booked was too small!

location very close to the main tourist areas and a shopping mall with a good selection of restaurants and bars and the northern suburbs. for tea or coffee visit keys & co nearby.

They offer a tasty breakfast with a great coffee selection and plenty of food options available.

The room was compact and modern, included with air conditioning, good windows, as example.

Convenient Location 🚋

This place had a great location, being right next to both the tram and train stations. It was also close to the main shopping and cafes area, which was only a 15-minute walk away.

the location was excellent if you are using the train station...only about 1-2 min. walk and the area felt safe. there was a great italian restaurant around the corner that stayed open late (11p or later?). the city center & pedestrian area was only about 10-15 min.walk. the hotel was very clean&quiet-no noise heard from the other rooms. the breakfast buffet started at 4 am & you could just help yourself to coffee if that is all you wanted at 1.50 euro per cup, which was quite reasonable. it was a self service breakfast room with plenty of tables and a tv. on the way back to your room, you would tell the lady at the front desk what you had, whether it was 'the buffet' or how many cups of coffee you drank & she would add it to your bill.

the picture shows a tub/shower combo, but we had a small square (enclosed w/a door) shower & the bathroom was tiny (my husb.is 6'2"~225lb-anyone larger may have trouble)-but was kept very clean. no english tv station. staff was very nice-1 knew a little english, so conversation was a little tricky for us(not knowing french). no microwave in lobby as pictured. very small room but great price &nice staff made up for that.

This hotel is very close to the train station which made it easy to come and go from Caen.

Great, friendly staff that was very willing to help us with any of our needs, whether finding a restaurant or canceling an additional night due to change of travel plans.

The receptionist at check-in (about 2pm on 93Jul) was extremely helpful.

All descriptions of this hotel indicated a bar was on the premises. There was a nice bar and lounge but it was never open. My husband and I enjoy a nightcap after a full day of shopping and sight seeing.

I greatly enjoyed the room with all the necessary amenities. the bed was exceptionally comfortable. - the location was favorable and excellent, just a walk from the train station. - Easy to find parking in the metered area across the street. - the Prairie Racecourse was only a 10-15 minutes' walk away. I truly appreciated the room and its amenities, especially the super comfortable bed. the hotel's location was excellent, as it was conveniently close to the train station and parking was easy to find across the street. Additionally, being just a short walk away from the Prairie Racecourse was a bonus.
